No, you do not require an account to place an order online, you can check out as a guest. We do suggest creating an account so that when you sign in the next time you visit online, all your details will be automatically entered.
I need to cancel my BONDI BORN order. Is this possible?
We are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed by the warehouse, so please contact BONDI BORN customer service firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to ask if your order can be cancelled.
Out of Stock Products – How will I know when an item will be restocked online?
Most of our Signature styles will be restocked throughout the season. Some pages have a “signup to be emailed” feature that lets us notify you when a product is back in stock. If you are after a particular item that is no longer showing available online, feel free to contact BONDI BORN customer service email@example.com for further details.
What payment methods do you accept online?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Google Pay, as well as Afterpay.
Am I liable for Tax, Customs or Duties on my order?
Not if your country has a Free Trade Agreement with Australia. Yes, if your country charges tax or duties on imports from Australia.
All BONDI BORN garments are made in Australia, so you will not be charged any taxes or duties on import if your country has a Free Trade Agreements with Australia. In these cases, no taxes or duties will be charged.

For participating countries, orders under USD$250, DHL Express Shipping costs USD$15

How long will my order take to arrive?
Upon receiving your order we will pack it for shipment within 1 business day.
We then use DHL Express Shipping from Sydney. They have provided us with an estimated delivery time of 2-7 business days to anywhere in the world.

When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order leaves our warehouse with DHL you sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to track your parcel's arrival from our warehouse in Sydney to your door.

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

Returns & Exchanges
How do I return or exchange an item?
Your happiness is the most important thing to us here at BONDI BORN, so if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item within 14 days of receiving it for either a full refund, or to request an exchange.

BONDI BORN is not responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Final/End of Season sale items with be marked as such on the site and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
What do I do if my item is faulty?
All our products are made with care and inspected prior to being shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact customer service at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt and provide a photograph of the fault and your order number. Customer Care will advise what next steps are required to resolve the issue.
If the fault is due to BONDI BORN then we will ensure you receive a resolution to your satisfaction.
I’ve received an incorrect item. What should I do?

I’ve sent some items back from my order. Have you received them?
Depending on the service you use to return the item, it can take up to 7-14 days to arrive. Upon receiving the return, our Customer Care team will confirm receipt via email and confirm next steps with you.
What size should I order?

1. On this international site, all swimwear sizes are indicated in US sizing.
2. To find BONDI BORN's equivalent size in another country's size, please visit our SIZE GUIDE which also provides measurements in inches and centimetres.
3. If you need to measure yourself to find your ideal size, please use a soft tape measure, measure your bust & hips at their largest point.
4. Our Sculpteur™ fabric used in our Signature Collection is designed to fit firm, in order to deliver its support and shaping benefits. We recommend you size up if you are between sizes or want a looser feeling swimsuit.

Do your swimwear products have removable bra cups?
Most of the pieces in our Signature Collection are designed with removable bra cups, however some pieces may not include bra cups. Please refer to each individual product item's description for details.
I have a coupon code/voucher, but it’s not working!
Please check the term & conditions, and expiry date of the offer as most coupon codes are only valid for a limited amount of time or may not be applicable to all products.
