All orders shipped to Australia and New Zealand can be tracked online. Your tracking details and link can be found in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet, it means your order is still being processed. Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email so you can track it. Shipping is free for all Australian and New Zealand orders over $100. On orders under $100 we charge $10. For more information on shipping, see our Shipping page.

Yes, for New Zealand based orders, customers are liable for any GST, Customs Charges and/or Duties that are applicable to your order, charged by the New Zealand Customs Service. Please view our Term & Conditions regarding New Zealand GST, Customs Charges & Duty.

All our products are made with care and inspected prior to being shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact Customer Service within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. For more information see our Returns page.

No, you do not require an account to place an order online, you can check out as a guest. We do suggest creating an account so that when you sign in the next time you visit online, all your details will be automatically entered.

We use Express Shipping on all orders within Australia over $100. This service usually takes 2-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, along with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Returns can take up to 7-14 days to arrive. The team at BONDI BORN works as fast as possible to process your return, but in some cases, this can take anywhere between 24-48 hours. Once your return is processed, you will receive an automated email notification.

Unless your purchase is a FINAL SALE purchase, your are able to return or exchange an item for free, simply contact BONDI BORN customer service at or via the Contact page on our website, quoting your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason(s) for returning.

Once your return is registered with us, we will email Australian customers a FREE returns label to post back with the item(s). For more information, please refer to our Returns page.

Most of our one-piece swimwear and bikini tops have removable bra cups, however some pieces may not include bra cups. Please refer to each individual product item (Size & Fit) for details.

Most of our Signature styles will be restocked throughout the season. Some pages have a “signup to be emailed” feature that lets us notify you when a product is back in stock. If you are after a particular item that is no longer showing available online, feel free to contact BONDI BORN  customer service for further details.

For returns with refunds or exchange of item(s) purchased during a promotional sale, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the order. Once this timeframe has passed, we will not be able to process the refund or exchange.
