How much does shipping cost?
We provide free DHL Express Shipping on all orders over USD$500.00.
DHL Express Shipping is available for a flat rate of USD$20.00 on all orders under USD$500.00 (estimated delivery time 2 - 7 business days). -
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will be processed, packed and shipped from our Sydney warehouse within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). We use DHL Express to ship our orders. DHL's advice is that this can take between 2-7 business days. BONDI BORN is not responsible for any delays caused by DHL or destination customs clearance processes. How can I track my order?
Your tracking information can be found on your shipping confirmation email which will be sent to you once your order has been packed and shipped. If you are unable to track your order, please contact customercare@bondiborn.com.

How do I amend/cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed by the warehouse. Please contact customercare@bondiborn.com as soon as possible to amend the delivery address or to change items in your order.

What is your returns policy?
Your happiness is the most important thing to us here at BONDI BORN, so if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, exchange or credit note valued at 115%. Please see our shipping page for more details.
For customers based in the US, we offer domestic returns postage, charged at a flat rate of USD$15.00 to be paid upon lodging your return request.
For customers located in Canada, Mexico, and the Asia-Pacific Region, it is solely your responsibility to have your order returned to our Sydney warehouse before we are able to process a refund, exchange, or credit note.

Can I return Sale items?
Promotional sale items are eligible for a return, providing you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once this timeframe has passed, we will not be able to process the refund, exchange, or credit note.
Item(s) purchased that are described as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless faulty.

I’ve sent some items back from my order. Have you received them?
We will keep a close eye on your return order as it is in transit. Once your return has arrived at our centre, we will inspect the returned garment(s) to ensure it meets our return standards. We will then process your refund or your replacement order within 24 hours of receiving your return (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your return has been processed, you will receive an automated email. The funds may then take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

Am I liable for Tax, Customs or Duties on my order?
All BONDI BORN garments are made in Australia, so you should not be charged any taxes or duties on import if your country has a Free Trade Agreement with Australia.
What is payable, if anything, depends on the type of goods, their transactional value, and the weight of the package. We suggest that you contact your local customs/import/mail departments for rates before you place an order to avoid any surprises.

Are import duties and taxes included in my order total?
When ordering from BONDI BORN, you agree to pay any Customs, Import Duty and Tax charges which may be imposed by your government.

What happens if I refuse to pay these fees?
We are not able to offer a refund for goods which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.

If I return or exchange an item, will import fees be applied again?
When exchanging at BONDI BORN, you agree to pay any Customs, Import Duty and Tax charges which may be imposed by your government.

What size should I order?
Sizing on this site is from XS to XXL.
Using a soft tape measure, measure your bust & hips at their largest point and refer to the guide to understand what size will be the best fit for you.
Our Sculpteur fabric is designed to fit firm. Size up if you are between sizes.

Do your swimwear products have removable bra cups?
Most of our one-piece swimwear and bikini tops have removable bra cups, however some pieces may not include bra cups. Please refer to each individual product description for details or contact customercare@bondiborn.com if you have any questions regarding sizing & fit.
