Items purchased during "Final / End of Season"
are eligible for FREE returns or exchanges
within 14 days of receiving the item.


HOW TO EXCHANGE - U.S. CUSTOMERS 

Please follow these steps:


1. Ensure your items are unworn with the original tags,
and hygiene seal in tact and
in the original packaging. 
Returns that do not meet this criteria
will not be accepted and
an exchange will not be possible.

2. Go to the Returns page on our website
and follow the instructions to
enter your order number and email address 
and submit an exchange request.

3. Our customer service team will review the request
to ensure your exchange is eligible.

4. If your purchase is able to be exchanged
we will email you a FREE returns label.

5. Fix the returns label to the outside

of the package then drop the package
at your nearest FedEx Postal box. 

6. When your parcel arrives at our warehouse, 
we will email you to confirm receipt 
and send the replacement item. 

7. Please allow 2-3 business days
for your exchange to be processed
and a replacement sent out.
