SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY
Our DHL Express shipping is provided with tracking and requires a signature for the goods to be handed over, therefore if you work on all business days you should consider having your parcel delivered to your place of work or to a place where someone you trust can sign for it.
FULL PRICED ITEMS
If you are not 100% happy with your order, you are welcome to return all or part of your order for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it.
We understand that finding the perfect fitting swimwear can be challenging for some, so you are also welcome to one exchange on any full priced item provided you send back the item within 14 days of receiving it.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items purchased that are described as "Final Sale" in their overview copy may be exchanged once for a different size or item of the same or greater price.
RETURNS | STANDARD TERMS
In 2020 we decided that we would make our entire and current collection available to purchase from anywhere in the world.
We did this for two reasons, firstly because we operate with sustainable business practices and make in exclusive, limited edition runs here in Sydney to minimise production wastage.
And secondly because our customers wanted to buy from current and past collections and these were sometimes spread across 2 to 3 countries, which made it impossible to do.
Now that we ship everything from our BONDI BORN warehouse in Sydney, we can no longer offer free returns
Customers are responsible for paying for and shipping items back to BONDI BORN in Australia. We recommend shipping your returns parcel using a trackable postage service of your choice. BONDI BORN is not liable for any parcels that are lost in transit.
Items must be unworn and unused, with the original tags and hygienic seal attached and in the original packaging.
Any returns that do not meet the requirements of our returns policy, will not be accepted and no refund/exchange awarded. For more information, please see our Terms & Conditions.
If you wish to exchange your item(s), simply get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org or via the Contact page on our website, citing your order number, the item(s) being exchanged and reason(s) for exchanging.
Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, we will send you a further payment notification if there are any outstanding differences or shipping costs and send the replacement out.
At BONDI BORN, you can return any full priced item for a full refund.
|Only returns where the item was paid for at full price and are received by our warehouse within 14 days of receipt of the order will be refunded. We will refund the amount you paid when you purchased the item(s) on the basis you paid the full price - this does not include sale items, read more above under 'Returns'. We will not refund any shipping costs. Any items that do not meet the requirements outlined in our Returns policy, will not be refunded. For example, items returned without their hygienic seal in place will not be refunded. All goods will be inspected on return.
All returned items are your responsibility until they reach our HQ in Sydney, Australia - so make sure you re-package your swimwear properly and in its original packaging.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake or without prior communication from you. It can take up to 15 business days for your returned item(s) to reach us in Sydney, Australia. We'll send you an email to let you know once it has been received and your refund has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods, which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed. For full information on returns and refunds, please see our Terms & Conditions.
