RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your happiness is the most important thing to us here at Bondi Born, so if you’re not 100% happy with your order, you can return your item(s) to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that you’ll be solely responsible for the safe return of your items to us here in Sydney, Australia - so we advise choosing a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)
Before returning your order to us, you must first get in touch via email@example.com or via the Contact page on the website, citing your order number, the item(s) being returned and reason(s) for returning.
All item(s) must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order, they must be unworn and unused with the original tags and hygienic seal attached and in the original packaging.
Any returns that do not meet the requirements of our returns policy, will not be accepted and no refund awarded. For more information, please see our Terms & Conditions.
As per our MULTIPLE PARCELS section under HELPFUL INFORMATION below, you may receive your order from different locations. We have arranged that all returns will be sent to our warehouse in Sydney, Australia to dramatically reduce returns costs for you.
If you want to exchange an item for another size or colour, you’ll need to place a new order. Any items returned to us are only applicable for refunds. We suggest letting us know if you are planning to order a new size or colour when you contact us regarding your return so we can provide you as smooth a process as possible with your new order.
At Bondi Born, you can return any item for a full refund.
Only returns where the customer has got in touch regarding returning their item(s) first and are received by our warehouse within 28 days of receipt of the order, will be refunded.
We will refund the amount you paid when you purchased the item(s). This includes sale items. We will not refund any shipping costs.
Any items that do not meet the requirements outlined in our Returns policy, will not be refunded. For example, items returned without their hygienic seal in place will not be refunded. All goods will be inspected on return.
All returned items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse in Sydney, Australia - so make sure you re-package your swimwear properly and in its original packaging.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake or without prior communication from you.
It can take up to 7 business days for your returned item(s) to arrive at our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. We'll send you an email to let you know once it has been received and your refund has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods, which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150.
In the event your order value is equal to or over $150 and you require Express shipping, you will be required to pay for this service in full.
As such, if you purchase items - within one order - from both collections, you will receive those items separately.
To make returning your items to us as easy as possible, you can return all items to our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
Due to the luxury nature of our Bondi Born SS17 collection, the majority of orders will require a signature for delivery.
If the courier is unable to obtain a signature, then they will leave a card with instructions on how to obtain your parcel. Depending on the carrier we have chosen, this may be either your local Post Office or to arrange a redelivery and will depend on the delivery method.
CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Please note that all shipments may be subject to Customs, Import Duty and Tax charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We advise using the information below as a guide, however for more detailed information regarding your country – please contact your local authority.
As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the item(s). Such charges are not included in the purchase price of Bondi Born products and we will not be responsible for the payment of any Customs, Import Duty and Tax charges, under any circumstances. We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods, which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed. When ordering from Bondi Born, you agree to pay any Customs, Import Duty and Tax charges which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse to pay any Customs, Import Duty and Tax charges imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product(s) and any Customs, Import Duty and Tax charges or penalty imposed by your government.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and customs duties are not always applied. Each country has its own rules for determining whether Customs, Import Duty and Tax charges will apply. Some countries only charge customs duties if the parcel has a value over a certain amount. Based on your country's customs rules, it is possible that your parcel will fall below that threshold level and you will not be required to pay any Customs, Import Duty and Tax charges. Therefore we ask that you contact your local customs/import/mail departments for rates before you place an order to avoid any surprises. We cannot guarantee that items will not be subject to random checks and cause associated delays and charges. Bondi Born is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
