We provide free DHL Express Shipping on all orders over USD$500.00 (estimated delivery time 2 - 7 business days). 
DHL Express Shipping is available for a flat rate of USD$20.00 on all orders under USD$500.00 (estimated delivery time 2 - 7 business days).

The above shipping rates apply to: United States, Canada, Mexico, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam. If your country is not listed here, please contact customercare@bondiborn.com for a shipping cost estimate and to place an order.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
When ordering from BONDI BORN, you agree to pay any Customs, Import Duty and Tax charges which may be imposed by your government. We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods, which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed. If you refuse to pay any Customs, Import Duty and Tax charges imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order, you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product(s) and any Customs, Import Duty and Tax charges or penalty imposed by your government. We suggest that you contact your local customs/import/mail departments for rates before you place an order to avoid any surprises. We cannot guarantee that items will not be subject to random checks and cause associated delays and charges. BONDI BORN is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Customs duties or taxes are not payable by BONDI BORN and you will not be reimbursed for any duties or tax charges. We are not able to offer a refund for goods which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties or taxes imposed. SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY
Our DHL Express shipping is provided with tracking and requires a signature for the goods to be handed over, therefore if you work on all business days, you should consider having your parcel delivered to your place of work or to a place where someone you trust can sign for it. 
Your order will be processed, packed and shipped from our Sydney warehouse within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

RETURNS
At BONDI BORN, if you're not happy with your order, you can return any full priced or promotional sale item for a refund, exchange, or credit note valued at 115%. Only returns where the item was paid for at full price, or as part of a promotional sale, and are received by our centre within 14 days of receipt of the order will be refunded, exchanged, or awarded a credit note. 

PROMOTIONAL SALE ITEMS
Promotional sale items are eligible for refund, exchange, or credit note within 14 days of receiving the item.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Item(s) purchased that are described as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit note unless faulty.

Any returns that do not meet the requirements of our returns policy, will not be accepted and no refund, exchange, or credit note awarded. For more information, please see our Terms & Conditions.

EXCHANGES
You may request an exchange when lodging your return - include the details of the garment you wish to have sent as a replacement. We can then confirm if we have it in the size and colour you want and put it aside for you. You may also generate a new order to avoid missing out on your ideal style.

US CUSTOMERS
Customers based in the United States can request to return their order for a refund, exchange, or a 115% credit note. Return postage is charged at a flat rate of USD$10.00 and will be deducted from your refund amount. All returned items are your responsibility until they reach our returns centre, so make sure you re-package your swimwear properly and in its original packaging. 

STEPS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% happy with your order, you are welcome to request a refund, exchange, or credit note with the conditions below. Please email us at customercare@bondiborn.com or lodge a return through the button below, citing your original order number (beginning with #INT and is followed by 4 digits) and email address that you used to complete the purchase. If you are unable to locate these, please contact customer service for assistance. 

To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit note:

  • Check that you are within BONDI BORN’s 14 day return policy time frame.
  • Keep the item(s) in new condition, free from marks and damage. Do not remove hygiene labels or swing tags.
  • Complete the return authorisation form provided in your order; citing your order number, the item(s) being returned and reason(s) for returning and including it in your return parcel.
  • If exchanging, please fill out your request including style, colour, and size. You may also generate a new order to avoid missing out on your preferred item/s.

Once you have lodged your return, you will receive an email within 24hrs with information on how to send your return back to us. If your return has been approved in accordance with the above requirements, the payment method used to process the original transaction will be used to process the refund.

If you are unclear on any of these steps or have any questions, contact us. We will generally post your exchange order or process your refund within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your return, excluding weekends. Funds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

INTERNATIONAL (NON-US) CUSTOMERS
Customers based in Canada, Mexico, or the Asia-Pacific Region are responsible for the cost of shipping returns or exchanges back to BONDI BORN in Australia, including any import duties and taxes applicable to the return. We recommend shipping your returns parcel using a trackable postal or courier service of your choice.

BONDI BORN is not liable for any parcels that are lost in transit, we recommend customers provide details of their return shipment to customercare@bondiborn.com including tracking information within 7 days of requesting a return.
